• To ensure the website is user-friendly, responsive, and provides easy navigation to enhance the overall user experience and encourage visitors to explore the site further.

• Lack of a clear description of the digital & IT services that are available to be provided on the current company website.
  
  

• Only a one-page design is unable to showcase the company's capabilities to the visitors, which hinders the establishment of credibility.
